Relating To Collective Bargaining.

Abstract

Standardizes service requirements for all Hawaii Labor Relations Board decisions and orders. Extends the time to hold a hearing on a complaint. Repeals the requirements for audit and Board approval of witness fees. Establishes a Collective Bargaining Dispute Resolution Special Fund. Appropriates funds to hire an attorney and chief clerk for HLRB. (SB2366 HD1)
